Socks fit as expected and are a little cushiony which is nice. I didn't get to the beach this year but I did wear them around the house and they were a nice protective layer without being constrictive

The sock fit snugly to keep out most of the sand when walking in the surf

Great product! Only complaint is my 17 year old son blew a hole in the sole from playing flag football on the beach. Worn for a total of about 5 hours. No issues with my daughters pair as she was reffing the games
