Small size doesn't work with big feet
I have size 11 feet and it seems there's no way for me to use the smallest size, even when it's extended fully :(.Update: I was offered a full refund promptly, so will change the review from 2* to reflect this

Sit-ups under door
I bought one if these before but misplaced it and bought a replacement. Slips under door easily & allows you to do sit-ups. Great value, compact so you could pack it in a bag to take on holiday if you can’t access a gym. Great piece of kit 👍

This is going to kill me one day.
Husband bought this and used it assiduously for a couple of months. He seemed to like it. Now it just sits unused at the foot of our bed, where it has been secured under the footboard, I have no idea how and can't remove it. It is black, almost invisible against the carpet in the dark, and I keep catching my foot against it and tripping. It will be the death of me some day (night). Maybe install yours somewhere other than the end of the bed!

Don't bother
Strap wouldn't hold tension, kept slipping to full length, and one of the plastic things you use to control length snapped after 5 minutes. Not a very good product.

No instructions and straps came loose
Got this and within minutes of me taking it out of packaging, straps came off. Since there are no instructions (I don't know how to get straps to be fitting and tight, I'm not a rope specialist) I spent more time trying to get this working than my workout. Please provide either instructions or ensure the straps don't come offEDIT: So they did get back to me and in fact gave me some instructions. It worked and it works quite well. Changing the product rating to something a bit higher

Simple tool for a difficult move
Bought for core work and it is incredibly simple to use. Under the door design and very sturdy.Highly recommend!

Bought to try to rehab a niggling hamstring / glute injury. I bought the longer one and have no complaints about form or function. I have found that Nordic Curls are incredibly hard, persist though and you will make progress!
