These mugs are attractive, well made and are a perfect size for my coffee (10oz.). They are made from a clear, heavy glass and hold temperature well. I asked the seller a question and received a quick response.

Santa brought me a new espresso coffee machine this year so I purchased these glass cups with tiny little spoons for my lattes and cappuccinos. The glass cups are easy to use, withstand high temperatures and are dishwasher safe. They are large enough to hold a large latte or cappuccino and easily fit under the steamed milk wand and coffee dispenser on my espresso machine. Additionally, since they are made of clear glass, the steamed milk and espresso coffee layers very easy to see, admire, and enyoy.

Each of the glass mugs are well protected and placed in its own insert and spaced accordingly withing the dense black foam block, and covered by another black dense foam.6. The 3-1/8 inch diameter base, in a majority of the glass mugs received, does not fully contact the flat surface of a table or counter top. There is an average of at least 1/64 inch gap on one side of the base, or the center-line of the base diameter is higher at least 1/64 inches. The glass mug will tend to wobble slightly. Contrary to the product advertising to effect, "wide base design on bottom of cup to lay flat without shaking it." This is a design and/or manufacturing quality process over-sight. See photo of cup with a 1/64 inch thick plastic credit type card under the edge of the cup base.2. The upper sides of the cup where the glass turns outward, has slight ripples in the glass. This may be an acceptable finish to the glass since it is consistent and unavoidable, due to the stress on the glass during the slight change in direction from vertical.3. At the vertical center-line of the handle facing the mug, and 180-degrees on the opposite side of the glass mug, is a vertical seam. The seam is more noticeable by sight and feel on the inside edge of the handle, compared to the opposite side wall of the mug. This appears to be the edge or seam of the two half molds, where molten glass tends to seep into during the manufacture of the glass mug, and where the molds separate to release the finished product.4. At the bottom right corner of the brown cardboard box (with the 6-glass mugs-spoons), just below the printed black image of a cup is shown, the box sustained a gash-tear, 2-3/4 inch long x 2 inch high, exposing the dense black foam block cushion. Without the dense foam cushion, the intense and sudden impact and resulting damage sustained at the corner of the box, the contents would easily be damaged.Summary: Based on the factors resulting in a maximum rating of 4-stars, the items were rejected and a return has been initiated. The reasons include but not limited to:1. The advertised description for the glass quality are similar for at least two other identical style mugs on Amazon, but the others include the specific glass material, borosilicate glass, a better quality material.2. The 3-1/8 inch diameter base of the glass mugs is not even and flat. The mug will tend to wobble when moved or placed on a table or counter top.3. The handle of the mug is restricted in size and not as comfortable to hold.

I just bought this coffee mugs and I just love it very much, very good quality, it’s more than I was expecting there is four mugs in the box and I just ordered another set highly recommended.

Just as described and pictured. They are a nice size, great quality and seem very durable. They arrived very securely packaged and none were damaged, chipped, or cracked. Comes with stirrers as well.

I love these mugs. The set makes a wonderful gift. I am giving this as a birthday gift to my sisters this year. The clear glass has an elegant appeal and feel (weight-wise). I love using it as my daily number one coffee mug and offering one to guests for tea.
