I'm doing 5-10 lbs with 1/2 legs for a core workout and this thing doesn't budge. It's lightweight. Easy to pack up and most importantly comes with an extra one

Apparently women's thighs are supposed to b under 22 inches to have the velcro on these have enough grip. As u can see from the photo there is about an inch where the velcro is connected. Waste for my thighs! So bummed

The X bands work perfect for face pulls, cable rows, and a lot of overhead triceps work. In most movements, it is a substitute for the rope. The rope works fine also and most gyms have it, but this piece of equipment affords you more flexibility as you can position your wrists and hands where it is comfortable. Before I got this on Amazon, I used 2 long strapped handles with a big clip instead- this works a lot better though.

I love The X Bands' resistance bands so when i seen these i had to try them and i'm glad i did! I LOVE these! I previously had another brand that were ankle straps but the metal attachment always pushed against my ankle and gave me bruises. These are a MUCH better alternative. The fact that they came as a pair is also a big plus because i dont have to switch back and forth. My only con with these is that for someone like me with smaller feel strapped to the tightest they feel a bit like they might slip but no really bad. I am a woman's size 6 for reference.
