I have the Kodak H35, can I use this product in my camera?

No you cannot use 120 format film. You need to buy 35mm film. They do make Gold film in 35mm format.

How many exposures per roll?

The number of exposures depends on the camera. A 6x4.5 will get 15 or 16. A 6x9 will get 8. 6x8 will get 9, 6x6 will get 12, 6x7 will get 10. It all depends on the camera, all 120 rolls of film are the same length.
