Q: Does anyone else get a whistle noise when you drink out of this water bottle?

Yes, but it’s because the straw goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. Some water bottles don’t but with them you’d have to remove the top in order to drink the rest. The sound is not a big deal, but the bottle is great!

Q: Cleaning brush didn't come with the 2 bottles i ordered. They also sent the wrong color. How can i be sure this is the bottle in the description.

Compare the information on the packaging to the information in their website Yo be sure they match. I ordered two bottles and both came with the brushes. The missing brushes could have been mistakenly omitted. Contact Amazon to get their best recommendation on how to proceed to get the missing brushes, and get the correct color.

Q: Can you use it without the straw?

If you remove the straw, you suck in air when bottle is tipped.
