Muscle Milk protein powder is one of my go-tos. It tastes great—smooth and not chalky—and the tub size gives you plenty of servings at a good price. Each scoop packs a solid amount of protein, making it perfect for post-workout recovery or a quick meal replacement. I like mixing it with almond milk or adding it to smoothies with banana and peanut butter for a more filling shake. It also works surprisingly well in protein pancakes or overnight oats for an extra boost. Works great in protein dessert recipes with Greek yogurt doesn't get all gummy like some other powders do! Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty, reliable protein powder that fits into different parts of your routine!

This protein powder taste very good and is made with quality ingredients.Its a big sized container for the money and a good value.Its very easy to use and mixes easy in my shaker cup.I stocked up on several of these.

It tastes good but its pretty high in carbs for a protein powder, probably since its cookies and cream got it on sale too I love it, not too chalky either.
