I looked for instructions for mixing. Could not find any. Obviously, this is a highly concentrated solution. Even diluted to 10% it burns. Literally melted the seal on my bathtub. I only added a splash of the concentrate to a say 60 gal tub of water. Highly acidic. Can we please have some instructions for use? Thanks

Good for the problems

THIS IS NOT PURE BENZYL BENZOATE ——I recently purchased for my fragrance line and noticed it diluted my Ambrox crystals however it did not dilute two of my absolutes as it should. I did the freezer test: left it in the freezer for an hour and it did not freeze. NOTE: BB is supposed to freeze at room temp -64F. This is at most 3% BB. Notice in the video only a very small portion froze when all of it should have froze into a solid block of crystal. My absolutes are very expensive (around $200 each) and I’m not sure how much this product damaged them but it did not dilute like Bb should. I saw a lot of comments regarding individuals putting it on their skin and I wanted to make it clear that this is not pure Bb.

I think this is a fake!

Again this product burns me. And I’m not talking about burning me Litterly, as I’m sure if I actually used it In my cosmetic products it wound have cost me customers and profits. Plant guru sucks. Product came hard as a rock jelled and hardened. I sent two messages with no response. Called no help. You suck! If you make essential oils or facial and skin products go somewhere else. They suck
