Excellent flavor and easy to make. I made it in 2.5 Oz plastic glasses that came with spoons. Also from Amazon. For a potluck. Everyone was grateful for a sugar-free dessert. Will definitely do this again!

It has a very artificial taste. It doesn't taste like cheese cake. I would return it if I could.

This sugar free cheesecake filling tastes wonderful. I found it was somewhat “loose”. The next time, I will be sure to use less milk to thicken the filling. Also, I will make sure that I do have the Graham cracker crumbs to create the crust for guests to eat the dessert.

I get the mini graham crusts and fill them with this. The mix comes out thick and stays thick in the refrigerator. The taste is quite good and the texture is good, although not as thick / rich as a traditional cheesecake. I've made this with a mixer and a food processor. The food processor is the way to go. Mix came out thicker.

The product is advertised as stevia sweetened , but the major ingredient ( because it's first in the list of ingredients) is maltodextrin. It's my own fault. I should have checked the ingredients list in the pictures more diligently Also just tried to make this . It does not taste good. Has a weird metallic aftertaste . I'm not sure if I can return it after already using one of the packets but i would if I could .
