I first discovered this brand of sea moss at my local health food store and loved it! From the first night I took it, I not only felt great but got the BEST sleep off my life!! And I suffered from insomnia for a couple years now... but not anymore, thanks to sea moss! Get all my vitamins & minerals, plus helps with sleep; it's wonderful! Also not sure about the other reviews on here complaining about the taste, my hubby and I both actually like this stuff! I also appreciate the longer shelf life and the ability to take it with my while I travel or on the go.

For some reason the packaging and form of the supplement makes it exciting to take. I'm not a pill person so when I have to take my supplements in capsule, it's a dreadful feeling. I enjoy the simplicity and on the go it is. It is a little expensive and I go through it within less than 2 weeks and have to reorder, however, I get why. It does taste good and there's no lumps or anything and straight up liquid. Performance wise, haven't noticed anything yet just started for a month. But I have been reordering.

I'm a water drinker and prefer not to add anything to my water. However, after attempting to drink this directly from the package, I would recommend adding to a flavorless liquid as it is very sweet and was difficult to get down quickly. I took 2 of them but will resume at a later time. Didn't cause stomach upset as i expected it to

Even though I do not like blueberry, I was able to drink these packets with no problem. They are so convenient to take quickly when in a hurry or traveling.

I’ve taken ashwaghanda on + off over the past 7-8 years in various forms (powder in coffee/smoothies, capsules). I could never quite tell if it was actually doing anything for me.I had a baby last year and as such I am woken up frequently in the middle of the night. Taking this before bed MARKEDLY reduces the cortisol spike I experience when I’m woken up by the baby crying, making it noticeably easier for me to fall back asleep quickly. I can tell a huge difference when I don’t take this.It helps me sleep very soundly without any grogginess or weird dreams that come with some other sleep enhancers.I wish the price was a bit lower. I do cycle on and off of this (2 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off) to avoid the potential anhedonia effects of long term ashwaghanda use.
