Great and comfy
I’m 72, I put together myself alone the one side of seat was a little hard but I did it it’s such a great value wood is beautiful . Looks and feels like real leather so happy I purchased it !

Low cost chair that is high in comfort!
My older recliner broke when I leaned back and then was suddenly thrown back almost on the floor! It was startling! I realized that the chair was broken and unrepairable, and that I would need a new chair! I needed one quickly, as I used it to relieve allergies by sometimes sleeping in a more upright way. Given inflation and my tight finances, it had to be a chair under $300! This chair met all my immediate needs! The extra bonus in this chair is the massage feature! I have found it very relaxing! My only critique is my need to have the proper tools to assemble, so I had to hire a handyman, and the chair itself is a little too narrow, so I would appreciate more room and more ease in getting in and out of the seat!

Great Chair
This is a really nice chair! Very comfortable and the leatherette feels like the real thing. Seams are straight and tight!! Very happy!

Choose another chair.
Horrible assembly experience. The back and seat have to come together via some metal rings on the back end of both. My fingers were bleeding by the time I managed to line them up. It definitely takes two people to assemble. Then I discovered the control is defective. It turns on as soon as you plug the chair into power. Then the control will not turn off. You have to unplug the chair to get the vibration to stop. None of the buttons on the control work at all. The chair just vibrates in one mode only, and the ottoman's vibrations do not work at all. So disappointed. It's not like I can haul this in somewhere to return it.
