The product came well packaged but whn i opened it n took it out the pillow case it was dirty inside like some kid walked on coal n jumped over . The pillow case is bad quality gets bobbled

It is amazing product. I daily use pain/stiffness relief gel on my neck and shoulders. But after use this. Everything is good. No pain, no stiffness. Really thankful.
