Easy swallow

I've heard of bacopa, but decided to make it a part of my "stack" upon reading Feel Better Fast by Dr. Amen, a psychiatrist and well published author. Well, this is the third bacopa product I have purchased, and I feel that this one really delivers results! I've literally taken fewer rescue benzodiazepines for my anxiety. I suffer from PTSD, and/or generalized anxiety as well as depression. I am taking less than half of the anxiety medication I was using last year. I am also using tulsi/holy basil for anxiety as well as allergies. However, I know this really helps and want to get the word out about a great product.

i may not be taking enough of it, but it does seem to help a bit for sleep - although some people say it keeps them awake - everything works the opposite on me as it does other people. it's worth a try - just don't expect it to do what you may THINK it'll do because it could do just the opposite, as it does for me.
