Works as advertised.
Unfortunately I received a returned door closer that had been repackaged and sent to me with pieces that had been used. The installation instructions are vague and would benefit from an update. After completing the installation the door closer operates just fine. Hopefully the closer operates fine after many uses as this wasn’t a new product out of the manufacture's box.

Body of the closer wasn’t working at all, not functioning, seems like they put an used closer and just painted to make look like new, waste time and costumer upset
