Nice transformers, solid performance, no heat issues.
I've actually used these for several applications and therein, have never experienced any issues with them.My current application is to convert 120 volt AC to 12 volt DC, operating several 12 volt brushless computer fans.This size transformer is really quite over-kill as the fans use such little power, but it's always better to over-build than under-build, as under-building can lead to lower priced, lower performing units to run hot and expect a lower life expectancy. These units should last for years with solid service and no problems down the road.

Work As Expected
Two pack of power supplies work as expected. One will be a back up as I had before for my security system. I've never seen power supplies burn up in a year's timeframe as this time appears to do.

Excellent for Longer Runs
This power supply is exactly what I needed when I increased the lights attached to that system. It easily powers the lights for hours on end without flicker or flashing. The power supply takes about 1-second to illuminate the lights once powered on.I hooked up 12volt LED light strips in my kitchen and they were awesome, but then my better half suggested I add additional LED light strips to make the kitchen brighter and I said OK, that will be easy...A couple hours later, I show off my handiwork and everyone is "WOW"ed by the new glow. So much so, I spent then next hour cleaning the corners I just lit up because we could see into those corners now. While cleaning, the light suddenly went out. Then it flickered on again, then out... I checked all my connections and saw that I had no shorts or loose connections and quickly realized, I didn't have the power I needed. This power supply fixed the problem.
