I have purchased hundreds of toner cartridges over the years so I have had a couple that did not function as they should. I received one of the TL410x toners, it was bad, however this company stood behind their product, they immediately sent another one. The new one works great! I will be ordering from them again! I value a company that puts its customers first!

Cheaply made
it never picks up the papers without either jamming in the machine or extra blank copies. On this you don't even get what you paid for and it was cheap cost.
