Love this item, can be difficult to remove some time if it moves slightly to the side. Once it’s in you can just forget you have your period for most of the day, you can’t even feel it once it’s in position and it can be left in for up to 12 hours meaning you can go about your day without having to worry about being near a bathroom with a sanitary disposal

Shape is perfect, colour is lovely. Super easy to insert and take out!

I was a first time menstrual cup user and it takes some getting used to! Luckily the Lena team are so helpful. They are so lovely and helpful and reply to emails really quickly which makes getting to grips with using a cup much easier. The cup was larger and former than I expected but then I didn’t really know what to expect! I have ended up switching to a different Lena cup for comfort but if you have any questions before buying - email them - they are so helpful! I would definitely recommend Lena cups.

Once it’s in it is fantastic! I haven’t had to use pads or tampons at all throughout my monthly! I was so worried about leaking but I have used this two months running now on its own without any other products and I haven’t leaked once! It’s very environmentally friendly as it has a long life span and it’s much safer than tampons without all those nasty chemicals. The only thing for me is it can take a bit to put in, it’s a bit tricky shall we say to get it right but with practice you soon get used to it and it becomes much easier! I love as well that it can be left/lasts much longer before needing to be taken out to be emptied and reinserted (longer than tampons) It makes life so much easier and bearable and worry free! I honestly love it and won’t go back to tampons again!!

I’m very happy with this purchase , not sure why I took too long to swap and find out about this. It’s definitely under rated .
