Seller refuses return of broken and useless scooter.
Scooter arrived 4 days later than arrival date indicated. Box was not damaged, but also not as solid as expected for such a heavy and high value item. Carefully read instructions and assembled unit (2 hours) and fully charged both battery ports as indicated for 8 hours. Keys turned on and indicated batteries had power, but Power button would NOT turn on controller no matter how long it was pressed. Seller refused return because of cost and additional possible damage and only wanted me to help them try to fix the item. I didn't spend $1500 so I could FIX an item for the seller who sent a defective unit. Amazon A to Z return policy is in effect.

Very good scooter
Im 6'3. 275lbs. Works phenomenal. Very reliable. It's my daily commuter in NYC. Great value so far. Battery life depends on which mode & gear you drive in. I didn't know how much I'd appreciate the gears. You don't always wanna go top speed at every moment. Especially with potholes etc...

My Zo08 looks a bit different than others because I bought it second hand after it was wrecked in a high speed crash (yes, this thing is wicked fast).MetaMooV customer support worked with me messaging back and forth to get me every last screw and bolt I needed to restore this amazing machine back to its former glory. I took some custom creative liberties on the grips and lights.I would not hesitate to reach out to them again should I need more parts. They are very friendly and offered parts at a more than fair price.I love this scooter and this brand!! Thank you and well done MetaMooV customer support!
