This grow light works exactly as intended, and my plants are thriving, especially on those cloudy days when they need that extra boost of light. I originally bought this because I wanted something in my room to help my plants grow I was expecting it not to work because it's so small but surprisingly it works well it's a strong little light you just have to make sure you have enough soil for the post to go into but it helped my plant a lot! It's a very Hardy little light I should say I've dropped it a couple of times and the durability on it is astonishing it hasn't broken a single time. There are not too many color options it just kind of dims the light when you press the buttons on the remote but I don't mind that. But like I said the length of the core itself is very long so you're going to need to have enough soil for it but other than that it's a great light and I would highly recommend it if you need some extra help with your plants.

It seems to be working great for my cactus! Definitely a good low budget purchase. I like the timer feature, so that it automatically turns off. There are no color options which is okay, but you can adjust the lighting of the light. I wish it did more coverage, but it works great. Also, a little unstable when it is in the dirt, but for the most part it stays still. Can’t speak too much on the plant health, but my cacti seem happy.

Great item does exactly what it says it will, there are many different light settings so you can simulate the sun rising and setting as If the seedlings were being propagated outside. The light is small so it won't cover too much but it's enough for either one or two small seedling trays or one house plant at the most. The design is very functionable You're able to put directly in the soil or something around it so all in all I think it was a pretty good value for the money

This grow light has been perfect for my starter plants! It changes brightness annd has a timer mode I love how flexible the bendable neck is—it makes it super easy to angle the light exactly where I need it. The stake also screws on and off, which made setup quick and simple. Definitely recommend for anyone indoor gardening space!

The light on this is fine. However, in one of them (I ordered 2) , the flexible arm doesn't hold its position. I have it bent at a 45-degree angle, and it drops down to 180 every few days. I would not reorder again because it is just not consistent manufacturing. To be clear, one of these is fine and holds its position; however, the 2nd one just won't hold its position over my plants. Easy to install and seems to give sufficient supplemental light, but I would not rely on it for full spectrum.

Nice light. Small and easy to place, puts out a very nice light and has some useful functions. Have one and I’m buying another today.

Works great. There's also another feature that wasn't mentioned in the ad (or at least I didn't see it). I set the light to 8 hours and it automatically turns off after 8 hours. But what I found really cool was that the light automatically came back on the next day at the same time. I thought I was going to have to turn it on every day and set it for 8 hours but no.. it does that on its own. I really like that.Note: the UV light emitted is bad for your eyes. You should probably not put it where you will be able to see it at all throughout the day. In other words, don't put it at your desk and think that, just because you can't see the bulbs, means you're safe. No. You're not safe. You should not see the light at all. I found this out the hard way.
