I find these work better then the pills you have to swallow. My little magic chewable. Ive introduced so many people to these. Its anazing people dont know about lactose pills and just suffer if they choose to eat dairy. The taste isn't too bad bur what chewable is ever tasty. I highly recommend anyone whos lactose intolerant to give these a try. My dad has a very very very sensitive stomach to lactose and these work great

These capsules help lactose intolerance in two ways: lactase enzyme and a probiotic both to help digest dairy. They really work. I have been using this for years. I always keep a box at home, and a few capsules in my purse.

I have been taking Lactaid Tablets every day for years! If you take the tablets that lack the French Vanilla taste, these things will work, but they have a terrible taste, which is almost (but not quite) as bad as getting gas from dairy. So...please give heed to the warning I voice in my Title Review. Word to the Wise!

These work really well. I’d give 5 stars for efficacy and convenience. Deducting one star because product for lactose intolerance and offering it in ice cream flavors is a real miss —ice cream is the food that causes the most stomach upset. So taking an ice cream flavored chewable makes no sense.

I need these when I eat any dairy. These are great, they keep the stomach pain at bay. I take it with the first bite of dairy. I keep these in stock.
