Didn’t work as well as I’d hoped
I really wanted these to work because I’d like to quit using so much plastic wrap. They don’t really stay on very well, even when I warm them up with my hands as was instructed. I have just started using them, but they don’t look like they’re going to be very easy to maintain And they don’t actually feel like a product that’s gonna last a very long time. I appreciate that the company is producing this product because it’s a good concept, I just wish that they worked better.

They work ok
So I will start by saying that the print of the fabric is cute, and they do stick pretty well to plates and bowls to cover them up. However, I don’t really like that there is a residue that comes off onto your hands, as well as the dishes. I washed my hands multiple times with a good dish washing soap, and I still had the sticky feeling on my hands. For this reason, I don’t think I would wrap my food in these directly, as I don’t want that residue sticking all over my food. I know it is supposed to be non-toxic stuff on these to make them stick to stuff, but I still wouldn’t want a waxy residue all over my food. So I would use them to go over the tops of plates and stuff, but that’s probably it.

sticky, but works
every couple of years, i try using these things in an effort to be more eco-conscious, less wasteful. this set is reasonably priced and has a few different sizes. i used the middle sized sheet to cover a glass storage container that i no longer have a lid for when i had some leftovers that needed to go in the fridge. it took a while for the heat of my hands to make it pliable and conform to the shape of the container, but it did eventually. i do however hate the sticky residue that is left on my hands after i mold the sheet. even after washing my hands with soap, i can't get that beeswax off of me! i want so much to like these things but every time i try them, i'm just frustrated by them. it did do the trick though. i used the smaller piece in this set to wrap up a half-cut piece of zucchini and that worked fine.so in summary, they work as intended and described, there's nothing wrong with them, i just think maybe they aren't really for me.

Clingwrap Alternative!
They have quickly become an essential part of my kitchen and have transformed the way I store and preserve food. These wraps are incredibly eco-friendly. The fact that they're reusable means I'm significantly reducing my use of plastic wrap and contributing to a more sustainable environment. It's a small change that has a big impact, and I'm proud to be making a difference with these wraps. The quality of the beeswax wraps is exceptional. They are pliable and easy to mold, creating a secure seal around my food containers or directly over produce. I've used them to wrap sandwiches, cover bowls of leftovers, and even wrap up half-cut fruits, and they've kept everything fresh and protected. What's truly amazing is how well they adhere to themselves and the containers. The warmth from my hands helps soften the wax, making it easy to create a tight seal. The wraps stay in place and don't unravel, even when I store them vertically in the fridge.Cleaning them is a breeze. A quick rinse with cold water and a mild soap is all it takes to remove any food residue. I appreciate that they're not high-maintenance like some other kitchen products. After air-drying, they're ready to be used again and again.

Reusable natural beeswax food wraps
These beeswax coated cotton food wraps are pretty, but the fabric is also fairly thick. That makes it take patience and some extra effort to get them to adhere well. I found it particularly time consuming trying to get them to adhere around round bowls, but they worked better on an 8 x 8 glass pan with handles. They do leave some residue on the containers as well as on my hands, but that should lessen in time. This is a set of 3 wraps, with the smallest being suitable for a ramekin or glass, the middle one can handle a small bowl, and the larger one can work for larger bowls or baking pans. These washable reusable wraps are a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap or aluminum foil, but I don't have the patience to use the smaller ones on bowls and will probably only use the largest one for baking pans. The wraps do have a few limitations however:1. Don't use with hot foods2. Don't use for overly wet foods3. Don't use with very oily or greasy foods4. Do not microwave or use clean with hot water5. If you live in a hot humid climate don't leave foods wrapped in this on the counters where it may be too warm and melt the wax

Lots of beeswax
These definitely have a thick beeswax layer on them - you feel a little bit of residue on your hands after handling them. But that’s what allows them to do their job. They have a very minimal natural odor. The three sizes offer nice variety for various size container needs. They seem to stick pretty well to various bowl materials. I always wonder if I’ve rinsed or cleaned them well enough from different foods. I haven’t tried using for things like onions as I fear there would at least be transfer of the odor if not flavor.
