I bought this chair in grey and had no trouble putting it together myself, it only took about 20 minutes and it comes with diagrams to assemble it and all the tools and fittings you need. It's so comfortable, the back adjusts so you can sit upright or tilted back and the cushion is well padded and can be moved up and down the chair back and I can work from my desk at home in comfort. I'd recommend this chair.

Pro Very easy to build... the material for the seat is comfortable...the pillow is a nice and soft but firm... i can easily sleep in this chair... Con The foot rest feels fragile to put weight on the way it attaches to the chair and the metal for the foot rest seems fragile.. i wouldnt be jumping on it or putting too much pressure on it... it works for me im light enough but for heavier people im not too sure... and also i wish the foot rest extended further with a locking system to the extention this might be an issue for people with longer legs..

Very sturdy, comfortable & very easy to assemble. Well worth the money.

At first I was really impressed. The quality of the material and comfort is ok, but after using it in my office for the last 3-4 months, it's started to fall apart. The joint which you attach the feet to the base of the chair starts to bend... and I mean the actual metal bends (and I only weigh 10.5st!). This means the chair now leans permanently forward - it's extremely uncomfortable. I have resorted to trying to bend it back, which works, until I lean forward again and I'm back at an impossible angle. It also makes an awful squeaking sound when you get in and out of the chair. I have tighten everything up, but that made no difference. I used WD40 and it did nothing. I even tried bike chain lube, this worked for about an hour, but then back to that awful squeak... it's the most painful noise I have ever heard and it's permanent. I have learnt my lesson. I was looking for a cheap chair after my last one which I owned for about 8 years. I will never buy a chair like this again. Cheap, yes... but you get what you pay for and it will only last a few months if you use it every day. I am now looking for a new chair. A complete waste of money.

Its a usable chair, quality is ok, but a heavier person ( im 5'7" and 73Kg) would soon notice the 'not so plush' padding in the seat will flatten down to a very firm seat. You get what pay for, and a large cushion on the seat would fix it.

Easy to assemble extremely comfortable easy to use positive control the snooze control position is very nice The only thing I would say is that the arm rests wobble a little bit even though the bolts are done up tight

Bought this at the end of March 2024. Arms are loose and the base has split as the images. Amazon returns policy of 30 days is a joke. I thought for the price I was getting a quality durable item, but sadly not. Very disappointed in the product and Amazon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The chair was easy to assemble. I work 5 days a week from my home office sometimes very long days (as much as 12 hours). I found the chair to be very comfortable even for those long days. However, shortly before the year was past, I found that the chair height was not being maintained and I was having to reset it numerous times per day. I contacted the supplier, Blisswood, who initially expressed concern and asked for further information including the Amazon order ID and a video of the problem. That information was provided, to which they suggested I go to Amazon customer service, even though by that time it was more than 12 months since I received the chair. So no warranty service from the supplier and no response to any communication since.

Ging wieder zurück, da sich das Sitzgefühl einfach nicht geil angefühlt hat. Arbeiten kann man darin leider auch nicht. Ich würde ja sagen, man wäre eingeschlafen, aber ich hatte einfach nur schmerzen, deswegen nur ein stern.
