Perfect.
I spent over a year looking for the perfect keyboard. You'd think I would have gone straight to Razor, since I'm such a Razor fangirl (Naga mouse, headset, etc.), but I kept going with cheap keyboards. I was looking for a very specific type of keyboard: mechanical feel, low-profile keys, satisfying clicking sounds that aren't too loud, and preferably RGB. This checks ALL those boxes. Seriously, I'm kicking myself for not just getting it sooner (though by the time I decided to finally get it, it was on sale, so the timing worked out). I like that the wrist rest is magnetic - the magnets are actually pretty strong, too, which means I don't have it sliding around even during my furious typing sessions. The keys are soft to the touch, but have a really satisfying click. It's not silent, but it's definitely a lot quieter than other mechanical keyboards I've had. The backlighting colors are bright and pleasant; I like that it doesn't just switch between 3 or 4 colors, but rather fades into each shade, so you get the true rainbow experience, without any flashing between colors. I haven't had any issues with it at all, zero lag whatsoever. The price is honestly really good for something this solid and comfortable. I use it for gaming and for my WFH job, so I'm on it all day, and it's honestly the best keyboard I've ever had. Another Razor win! Oh - a quick side note, this doesn't really matter to me, but it might to some people: I noticed that in a couple of games, it gets weird flashing patterns and sticks to one or colors. In Fortnite, for example, it only lights up blue, and flashes at random intervals. That's the only game it's really been noticeable though, so if you don't play Fortnite or you don't care, then disregard this!

Great! Worth every penny!
This is a great keyboard. Worth every penny! The feeling is extremely tactile and comfortable, very smooth keystrokes and no stickiness at all, the noise level is I would say very clicky and mostly like your normal mechanical keyboard - if you plan on using this in an office or something or a shared space it may annoy surrounding people, but you do you. Very customizable - with a built-in macro recorder (see user manual for instructions) and a gaming mode where it deactivates certain keys like the Windows key for no accidental activation. This keyboard fits perfectly on any desk plus the included magnetic wrist rest is extremely comfortable for long sessions. Overall, an amazing keyboard!

Great quality but some things to keep in mind
High quality keyboard nice clicky sound. While more noticeable close up, harder to hear from distance then a normal keyboard which is nice for not waking a tech distracted kid. Backlit so you can see at night. But some things to keep in mind, high actuation force keys, some people might love that tactile sensory feel, but it could be tiring after a bit. The back lighting shines through in between the keys, not just the key legends like higher end keyboards. The legends are also smaller than standard and multi legend keys are displayed horizontally instead of vertically. It's wired, no option for wireless. Upon plugging it in you'll get razor software push, we did fine with the dynamic lighting settings in Windows 11 as well as an unrelated RGB app and no razor software. Might try that later but don't have the need now.

Solid value keyboard
Great keyboard, nick clicking sound and seems durable as well for everyday use. You can pair the keyboard and other peripherals if you use same brand to have synchronized RGB lights. Keys are responsive and fast with nice feel. Only downside would be that keys are not removable so if you dont have compressed air duster it will be really difficult to clean.

Love it
Phenomenal keyboard. Clicky and responsive. My clumsy fingers don't struggle with it like most raised keyboards.

Would recommend!
Absolutely love this keyboard. It has a satisfying, clicky sound without being too loud, and the lighting options are amazing... tons of presets and gorgeous color effects to choose from. It looks great, works flawlessly, and sounds fantastic. For a more ‘budget-friendly’ low-profile keyboard, it’s genuinely impressive. I use it mainly for gaming with some occasional typing, and it’s super responsive in both.

Worst Razer Keyboard I Have Ever Bought
Within two months the keycap faces begun to significantly erode. The keys themselves break off from the keyboard because of how they designed the new keys versus the Ornata V2 which I have had for well over 2 years. Luckily the Ornata V2 keys fit in this keyboard because Razer not only does not cover anything dealing with the keycaps in the warranty for literally breaking off the board. I have swapped well over 10+ keys from my Ornata V2 to this Ornata V3 and they reason they break is because the cap has two prongs that fit into a square bracket then that square bracket is pressed into where the key needs to go and those two little prongs on the cap just shear or break very easily and on the Ornata V2 it is just one part instead of two as in it is just the square bracket which is tightly affixed to the cap with no prongs at all. Razer support was able to do nothing for me and trust me I really tried and hounded them over this. A keyboard shouldn't lose functionality over 2 months (if I didn't have the Ornata V2 keys I would be sunk as I can't afford a 20$ keyboard right now). I even tried to see if they would sell replacement keycaps as how expensive could they be, but they do not sell or provide replacements at all, so if you have one key go you are done. Anyway I am moving onto Corsair after being with Razer since 2009 or even earlier. I don't know if Corsair is any better with their support or quality of keyboards, but after this happening with Razer and getting not even a small amount of help with this catastrophic manufacturing issue I am willing to give my money to any other company.

I had been told that the Razer Ornata V3 was one of the best keyboards on the market for writers. I've tried every other imaginable brand (including the Big 3), but never found a keyboard that was as precise, fast, and responsive as I demanded. So, I tried this keyboard, and it's perfect for me. I like it so much I intend to buy 2 more and put them into storage because I just know this model is eventually going to be discontinued, and I really don't want to be without this brand of keyboard again. I'm not a gamer, so I can't tell you what it's like for that purpose, but for my writing, this keyboard has been a godsend. Not only does it allow you a certain amount of lighting customization (not as much as Razer's "Chroma" lines, but pretty good, and far superior to other writing keyboards), but it also allows the use of macros, which, in writing, can be very handy if you tend to use unusual symbols or repetitive text. It has a sleep function on the keyboard, and I've reassigned another key to Hibernate through use of macros. Overall, this keyboard is an outstanding value. I can't say you'll be as pleased with it as I am if you're a writer, but it's definitely worth a try if you haven't yet found your "ideal writing keyboard".

A well built, good looking low profile keyboard. Keys feel very satisfying when pressed, it’s very close to a mechanical keyboard but doesn’t have that loud sound. RGB and lettering are bright and well designed.
