Works fine with .454, bargain price especially if you have Prime.
Although the listing doesn't specifically call out compatibility with .454 Casull, I decided to give them a try with my Toklat and am completely satisfied. The rounds don't fully enter the chambers to the point where the holder butts against the cylinder, but they definitely go in far enough so that twisting the loader to the open/drop position results in a positive chamber every time. At one third of the cost of the .454 specific alternative, I'm glad I decided to try these. Bought 2 to use with the fully compatible Double Speedloader Belt Pouch - Universal by Federal which is also available here on Amazon.

This Speed Loader Works With The Ruger Redhawk in 45 ACP and 45 Colt Configuration
Was looking for a Speed Loader for a Ruger Redhawk in 45 ACP / 45 Colt. I was not able find one that specifically stated that it would work with the Redhawk, however I had noticed a comment on line that theHKS 25-5 Revolver Speed Loader for S&W 25-5/Taurus .45 Raging Bull would work. It works fine and I’ll be purchasing additional units.

I use this for reloading a Schofield revolver in 45LC at the range. Easy to use, recommended.

DOES NOT work for Taurus Judge.
Only tested on a Taurus Judge!! The speed loader has to big of a circumference to fit. It can load three rounds smoothly but anything over that doesn't work.

Securely holds 45 Colt or 454 Casull. I pocket carry it daily with no issues.
