I've been watching reviews similar to this product and I was intrigued to try this product.It works great. First, you must steam your face or apply a hot towel on the face for 5 to 6 minutes for your pores to open up. I saw this technique in few videos. Without this 1st step, don’t even try to use this tool to suck anything from the face.When you use it for the 1st time, start with LEVEL ONE, then slowly increase to level 2 or more. Heed my warning and you won’t end up with hickeys.Level 2 ended up working perfectly for me. This level has plenty of suction power. It sucked out lots of dirt and oily stuff from my face. I was disgusted by how much gunk I had in my face. My face feels really light and clean after just a five minute session with this tool. I’m so happy I bought this.

This works so well! I’ve tried pore strips and masks and scrubs and this was so much better! It really got the gunk out of my pores!I used it more than the recommendation, and I got a bruise on my chin. So, for sure read the instructions before putting it on your face. Also, watch instructional videos on YouTube on how to use these tools.By the way, it doesn’t pull anything from dry skin. So, to see results, you must steam or apply a hot towel on your face for 8 to 10 minutes before using it on the face. I love how well it exfoliates my forehead and makes my skin feel so smooth!I would recommend BlueOrchids facial tool to friends for sure.

Honestly, I’m not impressed with this product. I didn’t expect this product to work a miracle on my skin. I first sat in steam for about 5-7 minutes to open my pores. Then I used the tip for blackheads on my nose and forehead. Unless you hold suction in that area (which I do not recommend because it causes hickey like bruising as it instructs you not to do) it doesn’t really pull anything out of the pore. If you do hold suction to that area again you will have discoloration and it barely pulls from the pore if anything. The exfoliating tip was nice. I didn’t realize how dry my skin was until I used it. It did a good job of removing dry flaky skin and exfoliating. Although I do not recommend using it vigorously, as it causes redness and irritation. Overall, I think this product would be great for preventative acne and blackheads but as far as existing issues (other than dry skin) I think it’s useless. If it weren’t for the great exfoliation I would have left 2 stars instead. Also, you cannot get water into this device because it can damage it. I would have preferred to use this after washing my face which wasn’t possible without destroying the product.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical when purchasing this device. I have seen reviews and wasn't sure if it would work. But for the price I was willing to give it a go. It came in a nice box. Has 4 suction cups to choose from. I have used the large dome only so far. I was pleasantly surprised! The first night i used on level one. A lot of grossness in the cup! I used on my forehead, chin and nose. The second night I used one level 2. More nastiness in the cup. The 3rd night I used on level 3. Less in the cup- likely because i had used it the previous night. I cant used any higher than level 3 as my skin is sensitive. It is nice to know that it could go higher if needed. It is easy to clean. I use a q tip to clean the cup. There are about 4 filters that it came with. There have been some reviews indicating that this leaves bruising. I did not have this problem. Although if I used on a higher setting and left in one place it might. All in all i am very satisfied so far!Update-8/20/19- i am very disappointed in this device. My device worked for about 4 days. It worked awesome! Then for whatever reason it wouldn't turn off. I spoke to customer service and they were not helpful. The battery died. I have tried to recharge it but it wont hold a charge. I have another msg into them but unsure if this will be rectifiedUpdate- 8/22/19- this is the response via email I received from the company “We were generous with you. You took advantage of it. God will take care of it.” i am not sure what this response means. I did not take advantage of anything. I bought a device that worked for 4 days. I requested assist when it would not shut off. And I was not helped. I am not going to keep a device that is broken.

If you pick at your face more than average this might trigger it. Works like it says. I have sensitive skin, dry in the winter especially and no problem. Tossed it in the trash after 30 minutes in the mirror. I know, gross. But the truth.

Good product

This product is better than I expected. I watched some videos about blackheads on YouTube and decided to buy one. This product has 5 adjustable suction power, my nose can only withstand the third gear. Its suction power is too strong, I feel like my nose gonna suck into the machine lol. There are 5 different replacement probes as well, but for me, two is enough.By the way, you must steam your face or apply hot towel on the face like me before using this blackhead remover tool.A few things I love about product:1. The overall look of the product2. Easy to use3. cordless (until needing to be charged)4. Portable5. Easy to clean6. Has extra Filters7. Can control the suctioning of the vacuum that fits your face8. Can be used for sensitive skin!!This product works well with me. Now my skin is more smoother. I highly recommend
