Great Suction Capacity and Very Efficient Performance
The Faber Chimney, model: Faber 75cm 1350 m3/hr Autoclean Slant Chimney, Filterless, is awesome and provides very efficient performance. I have been using this product for last 2-3 months and so far loving it.I would recommend this product to family and friends.

prompt installation service and good product but
The chimney was installed at a height that my mother can’t reach to wave her hand. Not sure if this is a design flaw or the technicians fault. My mum is 5”1’ so yeah she is short but so are most Indian women.Also the total cost of installation was 3750 inr including one chimney pipe and some service plan which I have no idea who it works.Kitchen care service technician was prem Kumar. He outright said there’s nothing that can be done about my mom not being able to reach to access the chimney. Service was ok and the product works but it’s useless for us since my mom can’t reach it. There is no other way to turn it on without a wave or press of a button on the top part of chimney.UPDATE:After a week of calling Faber, another agent showed up and lowered the chimney, my mom can now reach it! We had to pay him 200. If only Prem did a better job first and listened to us earlier it would have saved us a lot of frustration, time and money.Product note: if the wave function could be moved to the bottom part of the chimney or if there were buttons at the bottom it would have saved us from all this frustration.
