These markers worked beautifully, except for one pink marker. I emailed the seller hoping to send back just the defective marker instead of wasting all 16. Within a few days I received an entire box of new markers free of charge. Excellent customer service.

The markers have beautiful color and really nice to use. Unfortunately they are NOT chalkboard markers, they would not wipe off all the way and stained my chalkboard.
