Pretty good!
Was a tight squeeze to fit over the door I use, but it fits. I secure it with a thin rope to the back doorknob to keep it from falling off every time I open the door. I use it with a resistance band that has two handles. The best part is that the loop is extremely slip resistant. I can pull on one handle while the other handle dangles loosely and it doesn't slip at all. Of course, for someone stronger than me (I'm only 5'4") it might not stay put. It's definitely perfect for what I wanted and a really good price. Been using for a couple of months and it's still solid. No fraying of any stitches.

Built well and a good value
Bought a pair of these anchors to replace some 6 year old, worn out ones that came with my Bodylastics band set. These new ones work well and appear to be well built. The material used for the nylon cloth portion is much softer and finer than my Bodylastics ones (which were a rougher nylon). Not sure if that will mean a longer life or shorter tho. If this causes any problems I will update my review.

These may damage your door
These are too thick for the doors in my home. It’s difficult to close the door to secure them, and they may damage the hinges if you leave them in place.
