Crushed and crammed into a box

These were supposed to be cookies for my daughter’s baby shower on Sunday- spent over $30 for them. We are having All catered Mexican food. Thought this would be very nice to have some Mexican cookies. Completely crushed and destroyed and being told they are nonrefundable. Total disgrace
