Thanatology topic papers are missing, instead multiple copies of the index page and competencies page have been printed there. Ordered for replacement still got the defective book.. multiple defective books are in circulation. Take caution while buying the book....can u please provide kindle edition atleast so that first chapter can be viewed ..
