A nice sturdy cotton bolster, with good quality material and stitching. However, there are many kinds of yoga bolster so one must be aware that this is a small bolster and also that it is a rectangle. My other yoga bolster is large and round so I am able to manage but if this is your only bolster, then you need to be aware of what you are buying - may not be perfect as your main bolster

The media could not be loaded. Absolute cons. It's NOT a BUCKWHEAT hull pillow. I paid 850 Rs for this filled with SYNTHETIC COTTON even though the description says it's of buckwheat hulls that's why I bought it. They don't have return also obviously...Absolutely not worth it. Don't get cheated like me..If you want to overspend on a tiny SYNTHETIC bolster go ahead as you can see in video.Otherwise I would suggest foam muscle rollers than this crap for yogaStrauss has great rollers that I have been using.Had decided to try a natural filling pillow but world is full of lying people like this seller.Would rate it zero if I could.
