These are just what I needed for a small touch up brush for painting the walls when a corner cannot be painted with a normal paint brush or for edge touch ups. I've had similar ones that lasted a long time or they are not expensive and can be tossed if not worth the trouble of clean up. I do crimp the metal band with a smooth plier to make sure the bristles don't fall out. Rinse them before using as they seem to have something on them to keep bristles straight and undamaged for shipment and storage.
