Aids to the Examination of the Peripheral Nervous System

I have read the older version of this book, and I was excited to get the newer version. Unfortunately, they must have misprinted the book and then stuck in smaller pages of what should have been included in the book.There are pages with missing nerves and dermatomes (see photos). I will be returning.
