I've always had a tough time falling and staying asleep. Over the past couple of years my REM sleep went from 2 hours per night down to about 30 minutes a most. I've taken OTC sleeping pills for the past several years. Recently prescribed a sleeping pill, but was trying to not be dependent on them. A friend recommended these Melatonin Gummies and said they knocked her out. I was dubious, since Melatonin has never done anything for me before. But she swore up and down that they would knock me out. She even gave me 4 from her stash. I took two on a Friday night about 30 minutes before I was hoping to go to bed. About 20 minutes later I was so droopy eyed that I closed my book and fell asleep. Hard. Like, I didn't wake up until 8:45am. So I slept for a solid 11 hours. Normally I get 7 hours of sleep and will be up by 6:30 no matter what. Still a little dubious, thinking, well, I did just get back from a very long business trip and was worried maybe I was just that exhausted and really happy to be back in my own bed. I tried two more the next night, same result. And my REM sleep (at least from the Apple Watch) increased from about 30 minutes to just under 2 hours! I ordered my own, and they still work like a charm. I will say, I do need the two gummies however, the one gummy doesn't quite do it for me. The flavor is definitely an artificial strawberry flavor - its fine. The gummy texture is a little strange, but not bad. Don't expect a Haribo Gummy Bear texture, but again, its not bad. The gummies stick together - especially if they are very warm. I actually pulled them all out of the bottle, separated on a baking sheet, put in the fridge for a couple of minutes, then put them back in the bottle - and then just kept them in the fridge. Like others have mentioned, I'm ordering several more bottles now, in case these disappear from Amazon, because they work that well for me!

These do help me sleep pretty well, and I don’t feel groggy in the morning. But I have to give it five stars for being the best tasting Gummies I have ever tried, including regular Gummies. I don’t know what they put in it, but they are delicious. Kind of wish they didn’t have melatonin in them sometimes so I could just eat them all day.

These work. I take two a night and feel well rested in the morning. They taste pretty good too!

First - these things are DELICIOUS! If I could find candy that tasted this good, I would probably be addicted to it. I always kind of wish that the recommended dosage was five instead of one. But do they work? Well, I have a routine where I take one and then watch a little tv for about twenty minutes before I start getting sleepy. Unfortunately, I still often wake up at 3:00 unable to fall back asleep. And for that, melatonin doesn't seem to help at all. I guess the best review of all is that I just bought a second bottle.

Gummies clump into one big ball and refuse to come out of bottle. Had to redress to using needle noise pliers to break some free. Flavor is OK but the texture is slimy. Had to switch to another brand which is perfect in all respects.
