Literally like wearing one of those beer cozys on your leg. I measured and the measurements were accurate and it fit my leg, but within 30 seconds it started to slide down my leg while I was standing up. It buckled and folded over my knee. If anything it was more of a bulky hindrance than any support. Will not be keeping this.

As others have mentioned it is basically a foam sleeve that provides a little support but definitely not compression. If you need a little extra support this will do but if you have bad knees that need medial or lateral support you probably should look for something with a metal inserts that run along the inside and outside of your knee
