Value for money product
Amazing product, connecting to my computer was a breeze with provided cord, it allowed me to view the contents on both 3.5 inch SATA drives at the same time, I haven't done any cloning as yet, plus the 3 USB ports at the front makes for hassle-free connecting of some of my usb devices, overall, great product, real value for money.

It realy does the job exactly as described!
The most desirable issue was no wire clutter. It worked faster than expected and I can use it on my desk without the usual clutter of different wire connections going everywhere. Very compact. And they delivered it quicker than expected which was a added surprise. Now the only thing I haven't used so far is the ""cloning"" feature due to my limited time schedule but I am looking forward to trying that out real soon. Many thanks!!

Works great.
Works great. Quick enough for my 7200 rpm drives. Could benefit from a small fan it gets pretty warm but nothing excessive.Interfaces well with windows and is quick. I didn't like the hardware clone feature moving a 2tb into a 20tb drive but that is my own ignorance about allocation and formatting. I think it would work great for a drive to drive copy of same size. It is quiet and a nice little hub on the desk.

Big but works great
Really big and kind of hard to get a 3.5" HDD to slot in, have to open the small doors and look inside to get it to line up when slotting but it is fast, great for backing up computer, moving really large files or as a hot swap.

Love it!
Super easy to install, great price. I can quickly look through data on old hard drives. I have piles of them and this makes it an easy task.

It works, but the cloning feature needs more.. control I guess
I brought this device for 2 reasons. It is a HDD docking station and it has a cloning feature built in. I originally was using it as a dock for expanding my computer storage - which it was and still is working great for that purpose; however, I wanted to try to clone data from one HDD (HDD #1) to another HDD (HDD #2) recently. Well, I can say the cloning works 100%.... but in my case HDD #2 was a larger storage size than #1, and for some reason after cloning the data to drive #2 it was only being detected with the smaller capacity as drive #1. Essentially, my larger storage drive was now only showing a very small capacity than it actually had. I had to format #2 and then it's full capacity was back. I was hoping the cloning would just essentially use a portion of the #2 drive and the rest still be available for more data - but it dosen't seem like that's the case. So my need for cloning was not fulfilled with this device.

cloned my laptop hard drive and probably spared me some grief
My laptop hard drive's S.M.A.R.T. system was detecting some errors and giving me spooky warnings about "REPLACE DRIVE IMMEDIATELY". I interpreted this as a sign that perhaps the hard drive was in suboptimal shape. So I bought an identical hard drive, and used this disk cloner to clone the drive. Popped the new drive into the laptop, and it picked up right where it left off, like nothing had happened. The only complaint I have is that one of the flaps protecting the drive bays popped off, but that does not impair the device's ability to function, and I should probably blame my ape-like handling of the thing. It's unfortunate, but it's not enough to take off any stars. The device did what I needed it to and that's what matters.
