This is by far the best grinder I ever had. It really works well so far so good.

I RECEIVED A USED PRODUCT WITH MOLD AND HORRIBLE SMELL!!!
I’m extremely disappointed. I received a used item with visible scratches all over it. To make things worse, it had mold and a horrible smell from leftover food particles. Clearly, a previously returned item was sent to me, and no effort was made to clean or inspect the product. I am definitely returning this product. It is completely unacceptable!

Awesome airy batter adds great soft texture
Fantastic buy. Multi purpose unit. Made Idli Handvo Khaman Dhokla batter and any wet batter has lovely airy texture. 100 times better taste than mixie ground batter. Highly recommend for Wet batter grinding.

Not grinding well and Noisy
The grinder heating more and very noisy. It's taking more time to grind and heating much. i have a another brand wet grinder. comparitively this grinder taking double the time to grind. may be design flaw.

Worth for money
It’s been 3 months I guess. No problems. It’s grinders really good. All of a sudden I feelLike I became professional in cooking. The batter is so smooth and fluffy. Little bit difficult in cleaning but other wise very good product.

Great product
The media could not be loaded. It is simple to use and very efficient. I made chocolate with it and I'm happy I did my research on getting the right kind grinder for the project.

worst service after purchase
not responding for help in getting issue fuxed.started getting heated just for grinding for 10 minutes..one day all of a sudden motor stopped working

Got a used and defective product
Seems like a good product. However I got a used and defective one. The start button would not stay on. It would stop as soon as you remove your finger. Also parts were missing. And also had signs of usage. Gi9ven it took 9 days for the delivery, decided not take a chance with them again. Just returned it and ordered the Panasonic alternative for a $100 more.
