I own a group of five Electric Blue Acaras that I got two and half months ago that were the size of a penny and a new Red Spotted Gold Severum who I have had for a week now. When my Acaras were small I used to soak this with Seachem Garlic Guard (health and immunity benefits) and mush this up and feed them and they loved it. I even fed them this without the garlic guard and they still went crazy for this. Now they have grown so much and are all very healthy. My severum was very shy and would always hide as well (new environment I understand) but this and the Krill Flakes made him get used to me and open up very quickly. He is always front and center now at feeding time. The water doesn't cloud up and the food actually seems like it's clean as the fish seem to be producing waste regularly and are very active.I've tried Hikari and Northfin with my cichlids but this is what I find them always cleaning up and being the most active on. Not only that their colors are nice and vibrant as well! The ingredients are krill, squid and spirulina which are all very healthy and irresistible ingredients for the fish and they always will eat these when you put them in the tank. Excellent growth, behavior, ingredients and brand.

Fish likes them fine but they sink as soon as they hit the water, I have to feed my baby Oscar one at a time ... I tested the theory and if you drop 6 he eats one by the time the other 5 hits the bottom, not good for the nitrogen cycle... I dropped a few in my other tank and my Corydoras went crazy for them so I kinda recommend them ... For the patient fish keeper

I like that it is 1.5mm, as not many companies provide a pellet that size. I consider this high quality, but a step down from NLS and Northfin). It sinks slowly. Good staple pellet
