I'll admit, I bought these reflective straps as part of a Halloween costume, where I dressed up as a (work appropriate) sexy firefighter. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and easy to adjust the straps were. I wore them all day, in my office, then out and about for Halloween, and they were snug and comfy all day long. I only had to tighten the straps 7 hours into the day—I call that a win. I'm not a runner, nor do I put myself in situations where I expect to need safety straps, BUT I do think that these would still work great if I did any of those things. They're reflective, they adjusted easily to my size, and I didn't get hit by any cars when I was wearing them. Win!

These are perfect and adjustable! I purchased 2 sets of 2. They would fit children or adults. I don’t know that I am wearing it! I have received several compliments! The price is perfect. I am giving two of them to my neighbor’s children 11 and 7.

One size fits all - doesn't. I'm 5'6" tall at 174 lb. I wear a light London Fog jacket on my walks. The waist straps are tight, fully adjusted out. No way it would fit over a winter jacket. I guess the Chinese frame size is smaller than American ones.
