Writing tablets
It is what u pay for nothing more but my grandson loves it and that's all that mayltters

Awesome!
I love these writing tablets. I have one for my 18 month, 3 year old, 5 year old and 7 year old. The best thing is that the baby can't write on anything but the tablet with the special stylus. If she puts it in her mouth I'm not worrying about her eating any chemicals whether they are non-toxic or not.

Fun for kids
My kids always want an electronic scratch pad so they can easily write, draw, and erase whenever they need to. They were super excited when they each got one. I bought two colors, blue and orange. It's very easy to write and draw on it. The erase feature is just the push of one button. Happy kids = satisfied mom.

It is just fine--nothing special
It is OK. Nothing special--bought for 5, 9 and 11 year old. The 5 year old plays with it the most -- which is about 15 minutes. If you are familiar with the 1950s and 1960s--it would pretty much remind you of the Magic Slate. Most likely, this would be a good toy for a long car ride.

NOT 10 inches
It is listed as a 10 inch LCD writing tablet. That should be the measurement of the writing screen. In this case it is the size of the entire tablet, but not the writing screen, which is more like 7" x 5". The information on the box and in the heading on the listing is quite misleading.
