Hope it works!
I’m 6 days postpartum and just put this on. I had some stomach pain and bloating from my c-section so I was afraid to wear this sooner. The tightness feels good, but it’s really uncomfortable to sit in. The band comes in three separate pieces and each are labeled. I didn’t read the instructions since I just wanted to try it on so I may not be wearing it properly. I plan to wear it for at least a couple hours a day while cleaning and walking.

Easy to wear
It fits and feels great. But don’t expect to be able to wear it out in public. It’s bill and would be noticeable under just about any top. But easy to put on and the extra support is great.

Very comfortable
True to size, iam a larger and bought a larger for my (DR) diastasis rectii. I just found out I've had for 25 years undiagnosed. If you are wondering if you have DR their are ton of articles on how to self check, but always consult with your doctor to confirm and with proper treatment and exercise techniques for DR you can regain your abs safely. Hope this helps!

I am 3 weeks post op tummy tuck and I love this. I wear it as additional compression to help shape. It doesn't make me hot and it's super comfortable and effective. I recommend 👌🏾

Only downside to this is I feel as if I can’t breathe when wearing it some times.
