Love these! Use them to light candles instead of matches or butane lighters. It's clean, lasts ages between charges and works perfectly. The arc 'flame' is powerful enough that you don't have to keep the power button pressed for long for it to ignight a candle

Very good thing, it been two days since I got it, it came with charge, and I have used it like 10 time to light a candles for my saints, I have used it for light the wood fireplace in the house and it had the same charge. It has like some lights that tells you how much charge it has left. It is very safe, it has a switch for switching it on, and the another for actually light the fire. It is very new, so I can't say anything about how long will last, but I will update the review when I have more time with it. For me is great.

I have used this type of lighter for candles before until it gave up the ghost. They both came charged and ready to use, light the candles well.

The media could not be loaded.  Was looking for something more modern to light candles, this doesn’t disappoint, instant flame no more gas and flint refills. Not sure how long the battery charge will last yet, will update later.

A friend recommended these to me after we caught one of our young children playing with our matches after she had seen where we hid them (high out of the way, she had climbed for them!). We decided that something without a flame and a safety switch would be safer.. this seems to do the job perfectly, it is also rechargeable which means we should never run out again! I'll be taking it when we go camping too.

Worked ok for a while but now on both lighters, the switch is intermittent and Gail's to work. Waste of money..

Nice and light, easy to use, does the job of lightning my candles and its rechargeable - Fab. I am going to buy a few as gifts / xmas presents

Jar candles used to be so tricky to light. Held upside down the hot wax dripped on your fingers. If the match was upside down it would burn your fingers , a lighter would soon get too hot, a long match or incense stick would do if it touched the tiny wick just right! NOW ALL THAT HASSLE IS GONE ! This device is perfect and quick as long as there's an electric USB source to recharge it eventually! It was shipped pre-charged but I added a charge just to try it out and the blue LED dots showed the charging progress on the handle. I have used it about 6 times without recharging so far. I leave the 5" USB power cable connected to the arc lighter so it won't get lost or misplaced. Any cell phone power block will work or it can be connected to a laptop, tablet, modem, PC etc for powering! A great invention!

I need to buy more! I love the convenience. I want one for multiple rooms. Great for lighting candles. I love that you recharge it and it doesn't take batteries, fluid, etc. A+ for convenience.

Perfect for lighting candles. Waiting until 4th of July season to try it with larger fireworks.

After multiple failures trying to light candles at Christmas with one of those candle lighters with the flame I stumbled across this one and ordered it and fell in love. I bought one for a friend. Then got another one for a gift exchange. It was the most traded for. I bought 4 more for stocking stuffers - 10 months early but they are SO GREAT! They are so easy to use and even when I (oops) covered the end in wax it was easy to clean. It is easy to recharge, the batter lasts quite a awhile even with daily use. I can't rave enough about the product!

This lighter is awesome. Works great, its looks nice and is the absolute best for lighting candles.
