Nice sugar. A little expensive

Arrived well packed on time ,I've not used it yet but looks good not damp .

Arrived quickly. I usually add one table spoon of this vanilla sugar to all of my baking. One table spoon is about 8 grams and it's the equivalent amount of what you find in separately packaged sachets of vanillin. Very pleasant smell and it adds a wonderful aroma to all my baking. Highly recommended!

Everyone who loves to bake it should have it

On the plus side, the sugar was vanilla flavoured and smelt of vanilla. On the downside, the sugar had coagulated in places into two large lumps that were very hard and could not be broken down so had to be thrown away. The rest of the sugar had quite a coarse texture, more like granulated sugar than caster sugar, so was not really suited to the baking I wanted to do. I would have been better using the money to buy some vanilla pods and steep sugar to make my own vanilla sugar, but I wanted a short cut. Didn't really work out.
