Got these not really expecting much to come from taking them. Very surprised and happy with the outcome. Pros and only taking 2-3 of recommended 6: sleep deeper, less body aches, period cramps don't exist, period mood swings are less, overall mood more level, less anxiety Cons: can't get more than 3 down without them feeling stuck in my throat, have to eat when I take them or about an hour later I throw up, period while no cramps for 3 months has been heavier than ever before (which means nothing as I'm normally a bleeding light and 3-4 days max)
