Proceed with caution when buying this product. When I initially purchased this case, it was great. The sound from the SoundLink inside was clear and barely muffled. It seemed to work as intended. However, the first time it went in the ocean, water leaked inside and completely fried my speaker. I made sure that the clamps were on correctly and the speaker was positioned correctly, but water still managed to get inside and destroy my speaker. I called AudioActiv twice but they DO NOT offer any type of refund or support for my broken speaker. That's kind of ridiculous since their product failed to do its job and consequently destroyed my $200 speaker. So, proceed with caution when buying this and keep in mind that AudioActiv will provide NO customer service to help with your speaker you if yours is destroyed as well.

Case operates as advertised but the speaker gets extremely hot after a short amount of use causing it to stop operating. I am concerned it is causing damage to my speaker. This has caused me to use it infrequently. Due to this I would not recommend the purchase of this case.

I'm pleased that the sound is not as hindered as many reviews have claimed, as far as further review, I haven't had a chance to test it out on the boat yet, but I don't expect any issues. I will come back and give another star if I find satisfactory after "The Boat Test"... :)

Bought this last minute for a camping trip. They shipped fast and got it to me before we left. It sounds great. We went tubing and I flipped over and it fell in the water. It floated and when I opened it, my bose speaker was dry. Great product and great service. Highly recommend!!

Great case. I bought this to use at the pool or beach. Fits my speaker nice and looks good. Well made.

Very Nice for the Price.

I really love this case. I bought it to protect my Bose soundlink mini and it's done just that. This case keeps my Bose dry and sand free at the beach or the pool. Also, I don't notice a loss of sound quality.

This is an amazing, and necessary accessory for the SoundLink Mini. I now feel safe taking my speaker on boats, in the rain, on hiking trips, and that extra sense of security makes it worth it.The case is lightweight but very well built, and the sound distortion is minimal.The only downside to this case is that the speaker must be facing upwards, and the shape of the speaker (with a rear facing sub) would be best pointing straight out. The hinge is rounded, so there is no way to balance the case similar to the main picture of the product.That being said you won't regret this purchase and will guarantee you're $200 SoundLink is safe.
