Originally this came broken in the package. They replaced it. The product looks and works well. Came with almost all the required tools. (And some tools I didn't need...)Installing isn't super easy. While you could probably do this whole repair without taking out a single screw, you can remove the camera glass and attached metal piece by bending the plastic it's glued to. Although in order to bend it, you have to remove all the screws. The original glass is set in the decorative metal piece. I had to soak it in alcohol and slowly remove each bit of broken glass with the included tweezers. Also be sure to remove all the adhesive from the metal piece before attempting to replace the glass. Also note that the glass comes with adhesive preappllied, so you only have to place and cut adhesive from the tape strip on the back of the metal piece. (The front has the indention) A razor blade was super helpful at this step. Be very careful with the glass so as to not break it.Overall not difficult but can be tedious. Lots of small screws and tiny broken bits of glass. Be careful and take your time. Useful tools would be a magnetic screw driver, a razor blade, and alcohol.

This item was not the first one I bought. I first bought a cheaper kit from that online place that starts with an E. Needless to say I ended up forking the money over for this item since the first kit I got from that E place was a poor replacement part. While this is only a little more expensive the kit was far better. Two main things helped me; 1. the tweezers that came in this kit were great, 2. the 3M tape was very helpful and needed as well since I also accidentally removed the camera housing frame thingy and needed to replace the adhesive there as well. The new lens part fit wonderfully. This was for LG V20.

Worked as advertised. No instructions included so I watched a YouTube video. The photo shows two lens covers. This kit only had one. Not sure what all the tools are for as I only used tweezers and adhesive tape. Supplied my own rubbing alcohol and Q tips.The repair looks great.

Very easy to install with the tools included. The package included more than enough tools which I'm sure will come in handy with other small scale tasks. The lens cover fits perfectly and pictures are unobstructed. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the factory and aftermarket. Shipping was also faster than expected.

I was a little confused cause no instructions with so many tools and no video on Youtube that I could find but figured it out . No problem after knowing I did not need some of what was included and fixed in less than 15 mins . Would buy again if needed .

it was easy to install but it only worked for me for 2 days pulled my phone from my pocket and sometime the second day it fell off oh well

With the included tools it was easy to replace my cracked lens cover and initially performed very well. 4 months later there are scratches all over it and my pictures all look like there's fog on the lens and any bright light sources I take a picture of flare horribly. Getting ready to take the thing off and just live without it.

Worked perfect to fix my broken glass. The tools worked awesome as well, except one of the blue pry tools snapped. Overall it's everything you need.
