Bought these for a friend of mine to use ( both on me and some other people she knows ). She has only used them a couple of times but was ESPECIALLY happy with the trim tool. They are much better than the older ones she was using. Much higher quality clipper/trimmer tools than she had previously. She will be coming over soon to try them out on me . I will know more then but so far they are working very well

The trimmer is hot to the touch of the skin, battery also drops down very fast.Razor burn as well does not cut both sides of the face equally.

Bought for my son and he loves them

I cut a friend’s hair and he bought these for convenience. I was so impressed that I bought myself a pair. Problem was the bigger one came broken. The good news was that I was refunded for half of the purchase, I did ask to return the one and get a replacement but was told they come as a packaged deal. Was satisfied with the Rufus’s I got and would purchase again as the other small one has had no issues and in fact never had any issues whatsoever!
