Defective on arrival
Seller was fine and shipment was prompt, but unfortunately the oven itself was defective on arrival (convection setting caused the oven to overheat after just a few minutes, and then shut down). This should have been identified at the factory.

Company kept same model
It fit perfectly in the previous location as a built in . I was blessed to be able to get the same model number after 15 years!!!

Expensive, but full-featured and works well and reliably
We've had one of these for a decade. Ours is wall-mounted above a Dacor conventional gas oven. The only problem we've had prior to now with it is that it has a heat switch, and if you leave the oven door below open while it's running that can trip the heat switch which requires a service tech visit to reset. Even though this is about a 5 minute fix, a typical homeowner can't fix this, requires removal of the front wall installation plate and some product knowledge. Other than that it has worked great, until today. Because ours is a decade old, we are debating fixing versus replacing, but if we replace we'll get the same unit.

Product arrived damaged. Looks like the bottom plate was pulled on, feet wouldn't sit flat. Given how expensive this microwave is, we returned it.

Does not last more than 3-5 years w daily use
In 12 years, family of 5, we use this combo daily as a microwave and probably about 3 x p/w as convection oven. We have had to replace it 3 times... about every 3-5 years depending if I had it repaired in between. The convection oven just stopped working for us. We had it repaired under warranty, but now out of warranty so probably going to replace. Researching different brand that lasts longer than 3-5 years. Would be nice if Dacor replies to these reviews...

This premium microwave broke in 18 months. It was a replacement for the same model which also broke but it took 5 years. I ordered this replacement because it's built-in. Junk.

Excellent microwave and convection oven
Excellent product. Arrived on time and exactly as described. I did have a small issue with the revolving tray support but called Dacor and they took care of it right away.

Improvement over earlier model
This is a replacement for the same model purchased 9 years ago. Improved over earlier model likely because Samsung purchased Dacor. Has ceramic plate vs. earlier metal. Display is improved. Nice looking.
