I bought this cage for my cane corso puppy over three years ago because it was the biggest one I could find for quite low price compared to other cages. It was then upgraded by my husband because we wanted to use it as a safe space for the dog so kind of a ceiling and cover instead of nothing were required - it was very easy to do and because of sturdinness and durability of the cage it did not cause any damage although screws were used. A few months ago we ordered a cover and a mattress made to measure so now it looks great and fits the purpose perfectly. There was plenty of space when Loki was just a puppy, and now as an adult he still has enough space to stretch easily. The condition of the cage is just as it was a few years ago when it was delivered, the dog is unable to escape or destroy it. I really recommend it.

I bought this to restrict my GSD's movements while he recovers from his knee op. The pen structure is not fixed to the plastic tray but my dog is not fighting to escape so this is not a problem. I read negative reviews but it seemed they were from people trying to contain puppies or active dogs. For those I'd recommend an actual enclosed cage, but for my purposes, this is a great solution and extremely easy to assemble. Make sure the intended feet of the pen are on the floor otherwise the loops and pins won't fit.

I have two in different sizes for our Mini Schnauzer puppy.Please be careful about size. I panicked the first one I ordered (which hadn't been delivered) wasn't going to be big enough. I ordered a larger size. The return delivery was going to be about 1/2 the cost of the item because of weight and size. I recommend you mark the size out on the floor to be sure!Anyway, I'm quite pleased we have two and they are in daily use.I can confirm they are easy to clean - he's teething and was sick. The inclusion of the base meant there wasn't anything on the carpet.

This is a good sized pen and reasonably priced.The 4 metal segments are well made, strong and the gate is decent.However the segments are secured together with thin metal rods which you slot in through holes. They do the job, but this product could be so much better if the design was changed so that the segments slotted together or the metal rods were made a bit thicker.The tray is ok, but could be stronger.As an aside, I paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days, albeit one day was a Sunday.

Love this cage. It is so big and spacious and doesn't feel like a cage as such as there is no top. Would highly recommend. Easy to put up

I suggest you read all the reviews of this product before you decide to purchase. You will notice that many people feel the product is of inferior quality and I would agree.15 years ago when we had our last puppy we borrowed a high quality puppy pen from friends that was extremely well built but was expensive. This pen is very cheaply made and of poor quality and I wouldn’t buy another. Sadly I couldn’t find the more expensive version.The base doesn’t connect to the metal frame so can be moved by a small puppy which is a serious concern. As others have said the paint is very thin, which is clearly prone to damage even if it arrives in an acceptable condition in the first place.

We are using our cage for two indoor rabbits. It's got a washable trey at the bottom.
