Q: how many millimetres thick are they at the heel end please?

The height of the heel back is approx 15mm but the actual thickness under the foot is about 5mm (I’ve been wearing mine so could be slightly more when new).

Slim , as opposed to narrow. Good arch support and tapering away so you can use them on top of existing “flat” insoles. Personally I cut my existing insoles in half and these created much better arch support in my cycling shoes
